High Jump School Record Set, Sorensen Improves Steeple Mark

Junior Dave Sorensen ran a 9:09.5 to move up to 5th in the nation in the Steeplechase, while Junior Jeremy Arak and Sophomore James Bradley both cleared a mark of 2.02m (6-7.5), breaking Arak's school record of 2.01m set last year, and qualifying both provisionally for nationals and ranking them tied for 13th place in the nation.
