Tufts Men's 2006 Cross Country Season Begins

After returning from preseason camp in the White Mountains, the beginning of the 2006 campaign for TUXC will start off with the Alumni Run on Saturday September 2, 2006. This annual 5k race at the Farm Course in Grafton is against only the TUXC alumni.

The Jumbos are looking forward to a combination of veteran leadership and young talent to hopefully stay atop the NESCAC. With co-captain and All-American Josh Kennedy returning for his senior year, Justin Chung, and Junior Anyenda Inyagwa coming off a strong 2005 XC year, the team will look to the other upper classmen, including seniors Dan Sullivan, Chad Uy, and junior Dave Sorensen to fill in the holes. The Jumbos also have high hopes for this year's incoming freshmen.
