Alex Gresham joined the Tufts Track & Field team for one reason...his coach dunked on him. True story. Ask him about it sometime. Since that fateful day, Alex has grown into one of the more respected throwers in New England. His PR's in the 35# Weight and Hammer have earned him multiple All Region and All NESCAC honors. Most notably, Alex stepped up in defense of his home circle last spring. His 3rd place finish at the NESCAC Championships elevated him beyond his seed and jumpstarted the Jumbos run for 2nd place as a team. He narrowly missed hitting the 2010 national qualifier in the hammer and has his eyes set on exactly that for his senior campaign next year.
