Jerzy has faced his share of adversity in his three years at Tufts. Despite struggling with injuries his entire junior year, Jerzy's influence on the program only grew as he turned his energy towards elevating his teammates' training and racing. With impressive PRs of 8:49 15:24 and having competed at the national level, his experience is an invaluable asset to the team and his knowledge of the sport of track and field extensive. His dry wit and coy antics keep the team in good spirits (at least when they can tell if he's actually mad or not). Dirty Jerz returns to the 2011-2012 after a solid year of healthy training. Having already set an indoor 800 PR (off no speed training), Jerzy looks to take his running to the next level.
