Ben Crastnopol is one of the core members of the Tufts Long Sprints. He has earned All NESCAC and All Region honors in the 400m and as a member of a number of relays. As a sophomore, he was the 400m leg of the DMR team that reset the Tufts school record and finished 9th at the national championships. He has excellent versatility with his range from the 55m to 400m and his ability to step on the LJ runway when needed.

Why Tufts: Sometimes in life you just have to follow your instincts. My gut was saying Tufts. I listened.
