Junior Matt Lacey ran 14:19.37 tonight in the 5000 meters. This breaks the old school record by 12 seconds. In addition, the time meets the automatic qualifying standard for the NCAA championship. Matt went through two miles around 9:15, and closed in around 4:32.

In the 10K, senior Nate Brigham reset his school record with a 30:14.09 performance. This also meets the NCAA automatic qualifying standard.

The rest of the team prepares to travel to Waterville, ME, where Colby College hosts the NESCAC Championship on Saturday.
