Mike Blair became an instant contributor for Tufts in his freshman year qualifying for the NE Championships in the HJ, pentathlon, and decathlon. He was an All Region high jumper indoors and backed that up by winning the NESCAC Championships in the HJ.

As a sophomore, Mike improved on all 5 of his pentathlon events and finished 3rd at the New England Championships. In the spring, Mike took home the high jump title at the NESCAC, New England, and ECAC Championships. He was the 24th best high jumper in the nation for Division III.
