Alex was a dedicated member of Tufts Track & Field who carried the relay baton many times over when and wherever he was needed. A middle distance specialist, he worked his butt off in cross country to develop a base for his 600m and 800m in the winter and spring. With PRs of 1:25 and 1:59, Landy was a consistent member of the Tufts Mid-D squad, suiting up for championship meets on several occasions.
